All About Us

Brownsville Think Tank Matters Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, NY.

Brownsville Think Tank Matters (BTTM) is a community-driven organization dedicated to transforming the Brownsville and Flatbush sections of Brooklyn, through education, advocacy, and strategic community engagement.

We believe in the power of collaboration, creativity, and activism to address the unique challenges Brownsville faces. Through a variety of programs, workshops, and initiatives, we aim to build a stronger, more sustainable community where all residents have the opportunity to thrive.

At BTTM, we are passionate about shaping a future where Brownsville’s residents are not only heard but also have the tools to lead and create change. Join us in our mission to build a brighter, more inclusive tomorrow.

We have also expanded our reach into the Flatbush community at a second location, 1486 Flatbush Ave. In keeping with our mission, we named this office D.R.U.M. which stands for Developing Righteous United Movements.
